This page summarises the supplied 2026 / 27 Altay programme. Your written booking confirmation must specify the final itinerary, dates, payment currency, cancellation cut-offs and any applicable supplements.
Enquiries and confirmation
Submitting an enquiry does not create a reservation. Confirm availability, service language, hotel allocation and the final quote before purchasing flights. Booking at least 10 days before departure is recommended; peak dates may need longer.
Full-trip cancellation
For a guest voluntarily cancelling the entire trip, the supplied package schedule is:

Exact dates, cut-off times and the applicable time zone must be confirmed in writing.
Voluntarily unused services
- Included equipment: no separate refund. Separately rented equipment that has not actually been used is refunded based on unused actual charges.
- Transfers: voluntarily unused transfers are not refunded.
- Lift tickets: where valid written notice is received at least 24 hours in advance, 60% of the ticket face value may be refunded. Issued or activated tickets, late requests or requests without the required notice are not refundable under the supplied rules.
- Lessons: voluntarily forfeited lesson hours are not refundable.
Changes and winter conditions
Date changes or replacement with the same course type are subject to coach, hotel and resort availability. Winter closures or other circumstances outside the voluntary-cancellation rules require a specific written resolution. The original material does not supply a complete closure or force-majeure refund policy.
Rooming, meals and supplements
The package is private: no joining unrelated guests and no automatic room-sharing. Single occupancy or a twin arrangement for travelling companions must be agreed in the quote. Unspecified meals, flights and personal expenses are excluded. New Year and Spring Festival supplements may apply.
