What the enquiry form collects

We collect the contact details and trip preferences you enter, including name, email, travel month, group size, residence, language, experience, budget and message. Optional fields may be left blank. Do not send passport copies, payment credentials or medical records through this form.

How your enquiry is used

We use the details to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability and prepare a trip proposal. Submitting the form is not consent to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and email delivery

Enquiries are sent directly to dogqq@mail.grokbot.com through FormSubmit, an email-form delivery provider. This static website does not store a separate copy in a site database. The hosting platform, delivery provider and email service process the information needed to operate this service. Information may be processed outside your country.

Security and your choices

The form does not expose a public list of enquiries. FormSubmit may process network information for spam prevention and delivery. Ask us to correct or delete your enquiry by emailing dogqq@mail.grokbot.com, using the email address you provided. Records are retained for responding to and following up your request until no longer needed, or until a valid deletion request is handled.

Website storage

The site does not add advertising trackers. The hosting platform may use authentication and operational cookies, as needed to deliver the website.
